We’re thrilled to have you join our vibrant community of Ibiza lovers. Whether you’re a local, a visitor, or simply someone who dreams of the island, this is your space to connect, share, and thrive. To ensure everyone has a positive experience, we’ve established the following guidelines. By participating in Ibiza 100, you agree to abide by these rules.

1. Community Mission and Values

2. Behavior Guidelines

We are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment. Please adhere to the following:

  • Be Respectful: Treat all members with kindness and respect regardless of their background or opinions. Personal attacks, hate speech, or discrimination will not be tolerated.

  • Constructive Communication: Engage in meaningful discussions. Avoid trolling, name-calling, or inflammatory language.

  • No Harassment: Refrain from sending unsolicited messages or engaging in behavior that makes others uncomfortable.

  • No Fake Accounts or Bots: To maintain authenticity, automated accounts and impersonations are strictly prohibited.

3. Content Standards

To maintain the quality of our discussions and resources:

  • Relevant Content Only: Share posts that align with the community’s focus on Ibiza’s culture, events, travel tips, and lifestyle.

  • No Explicit Material: Do not share adult content or anything that could be deemed offensive or inappropriate.

  • Avoid Spam: Self-promotion, advertisements, or irrelevant links are prohibited unless pre-approved by moderators.

  • Illegal Content, Profanity, and Misinformation: We strive for authenticity and accuracy. Violations may lead to account suspension.

4. Privacy and Safety

Your safety is our priority:

  • Protect Personal Information: Do not share sensitive personal details (e.g., phone numbers, addresses) publicly or privately within the community.

  • Respect Confidentiality: Do not share screenshots or content from this community outside of Ibiza 100 without permission.

  • Data Privacy & Monetization: Ibiza 100 does not sell or share personal data with third parties without consent. However, we reserve the right to sell aggregated, anonymized data for business, research, and governmental purposes. No personally identifiable information will be shared.

5. AI Moderation & Content Management

  • Automated Moderation: AI-based tools assist in identifying spam, offensive content, and guideline violations. However, all flagged content is reviewed by human moderators for accuracy.

  • AI-Generated Content & Chatbot Interactions: Ibiza 100 may use AI-generated content for blog posts, articles, and chatbots to enhance user experience. Any AI-generated content must be clearly disclosed, and Ibiza 100 is not responsible for inaccuracies or biases in AI-generated material.

  • Transparency: AI moderation decisions can be appealed through the reporting system. A dedicated review team will assess contested moderation actions.

6. Reporting Violations

If you encounter any behavior or content that violates these guidelines:

  • Use the "Report" feature within the platform to alert moderators.

  • For urgent issues, contact us directly via [email protected] or our contact form.

  • All reports will be reviewed promptly and handled with discretion.

7. Conflict Resolution

Disagreements are natural but must remain respectful:

  • If conflicts arise between members, attempt to resolve them privately and amicably first.

  • If unresolved, involve a moderator for mediation.

8. Enforcement Procedures

To maintain a harmonious environment:

  • First Violation: A warning will be issued with guidance on how to comply with guidelines moving forward.

  • Second Violation: Temporary suspension from the community for 7 days.

  • Third Violation: Permanent removal from Ibiza 100.

  • Severe Violations: Hate speech, explicit content, or illegal activity may result in immediate removal.

9. Intellectual Property & Content Usage

User-Generated Content

  • By sharing content (e.g., text, images, videos) in Ibiza 100, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, distribute, and display your content within the community.

  • You retain full ownership of your content and can request its removal at any time by contacting us.

Use of Stock Images

  • Ibiza 100 uses stock images from platforms like Unsplash. These images remain the property of their respective creators and are used in compliance with their licensing terms.

  • Any misuse or redistribution of these images outside Ibiza 100 without proper licensing is strictly prohibited.

Copyright and Prohibited Use

  • Users must not post copyrighted material without proper authorization.

  • Plagiarism, unauthorized sharing of third-party content, or misrepresentation of ownership is not allowed.

10. Monetization & Revenue Streams

  • Ibiza 100 is currently free to use. However, we reserve the right to introduce paid features, premium memberships, influencer monetization, AI-generated content subscriptions, or advertisement-based revenue models in the future.

  • AI-driven services, such as chatbots and content generation, may be offered under premium plans.

  • Any changes to pricing or monetization will be communicated clearly in advance.

11. Transparency in Content Visibility & Moderation

  • Content visibility is influenced by community engagement, relevance, and adherence to guidelines.

  • Automated moderation tools may be used to detect and manage inappropriate content, but human moderation is always available for disputes.

12. Advertising & Sponsorships

  • Sponsored content, advertisements, and partnerships will always be disclosed.

  • Advertisers do not influence Ibiza 100’s community guidelines or moderation policies.

  • Users may see targeted advertising based on anonymized usage data.

13. Legal Compliance & Liability

  • Ibiza 100 complies with GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations.

  • While we moderate user content, we are not legally responsible for individual user posts or shared information. Users are fully accountable for the content they post.

  • AI-generated responses and articles are provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional or legally binding advice.

14. Participation Encouragement

We want this community to thrive! Here’s how you can contribute positively:

  • Share your experiences and tips about Ibiza (e.g., favorite beaches, restaurants).

  • Participate in polls, events, and group challenges to connect with others.

  • Welcome new members warmly and help them feel part of the community.

15. Moderation and Updates

Our moderators ensure these guidelines are upheld fairly and consistently. These rules may evolve as our community grows; members will be notified of any updates.
